2010 Summer Schedule
The precise details of our summer concert schedules are always highly tentative, and remain so at all times, due especially to the weather. Much of our equipment, including our printed music, cannot necessarily survive exposure to rain, so occasionally concerts must be canceled or even stopped "in progress". And, if a concert is canceled, we sometimes arrange to perform that same concert later in the season.
Here, then, is a tentative list of our 2010 Sunday evening concerts and their conductors:
June 6 -- Marcia Korb
June 13 -- Ted Francis
June 20 -- Arnie Anderson
June 27 (Teddy Bear's Picnic) -- Mark Eveleth
July 4 -- Ron Coberley
July 11 -- Mike Lachnitt
July 18 -- Derrick Murphy
July 25 -- Jim Priebe
August 1 -- Carmen Lachnitt
August 8 -- "Round Robin" and/or previously "rained out" concert
The Burlington Municipal Band will also perform in the Steamboat Days Parade on Saturday, June 19 (and possibly other as-yet-unscheduled events).
