Note from the webmaster:  We update this web site at least once a week during our summer concert season.  Since the program for each Sunday concert is finalized at our rehearsal on Monday evening, we generally post the week's update sometime on Tuesday.  Unfortunately, if you are viewing this page on a summer Monday, what follows will undoubtedly be the information for YESTERDAY'S concert.
For those specifically SEEKING web pages from past concerts, our recent concert archives are now available online.

This week our conductor is Burlington composer Joel Prescott. Joel is a composer for T.U.X. People's Music, and is a bassoonist with the Burlington Municipal Band, Southeast Iowa BandSoutheast Iowa Symphony, and Muscatine Symphony. This is a bittersweet season for Joel, because after performing with the band for nine years, he will be moving to Phoenix, Arizona to start a new chapter in his life. Because of this, Joel's theme for his debut concert is "Iowa Meets Arizona."
